Frank is a veteran of the mortgage banking and title insurance industry for over 30 years. Frank’s real estate roots trace back to the 1980s, originating in residential construction finance. In 1989, he co-founded and successfully drove sales at Columbia Title Agency. After a decade of sustained growth, Frank sold his interest in Columbia and in 2004 founded Titleland Agency, Inc., once again driving seven-figure growth year after year. Frank’s strong background in residential lending, reverse mortgages, and his understanding of the business from all perspectives, gives him a keen sense of what clients want and how their goals can be accomplished. In 2008, Frank and Titleland combined forces with Title Guarantee, to create one of New York ‘s and New Jersey’s premier real-estate services organizations offering a full spectrum of residential and commercial real-estate services. Frank resides in Massapequa, New York with his wife Jacqueline, who happens to be an accomplished attorney, and 3 children. Frank enjoys coaching baseball and is a diehard Mets fan.
James D. Gavrity | Director/CIO Titleland Agency, Inc.
Jim has a long-standing history of building successful enterprises. In 1983, Jim founded Fidelity Telecom Group, and Gavrity Electronics, Inc. During the 80s and 90s, Jim’s firm employed over 125 IT professionals, and served some of the country’s most prominent institutions such as Morgan Bank, Prudential-Bache Securities, E.F. Hutton, Drexel Burnham, Merrill Lynch, Met Life, University of Miami, and The City of Houston. Today, the organization Jim founded remains a growing concern. Jim’s real estate career began at the height of the savings and loan crisis of 1989 when Jim recognized the title insurance industry had gaps to fill and saw an opportunity to provide companies with better information. In 1997, Jim founded Phoenix United to fill that need. Phoenix supplied business-consulting services to the title insurance industry and designed systems for over 190 title insurance companies. In 2008 Jim joined Titleland implementing productions systems and the latest technology to streamline operations for growth and compliance. As a result the company’s net operation revenues have increased 100% on a 30% increase in sales. Jim also serves as an instructor and consultant for private organizations, local bar associations, state and federal government law enforcement agencies on the subject of mortgage, real-estate and insurance fraud. His interests are his family, philanthropy, world history and fishing.
Jeff Rowan, Esq.
Jeffrey D. Rowan, Esq. has over 10 years of experience in the title insurance industry and works diligently to compile timely and accurate title reports. Jeff’s responsibilities also include survey readings and handling clearance issues. Jeff, who is a graduate of Hofstra Law School, previously worked in private practice in the areas of real estate and probate. Jeff lives on Long Island with his three daughters.

Paul has worked in the title insurance industry since the beginning of the 1990’s specializing as a Title Examiner and Recording Administrator. A graduate of Westchester Community College, Paul’s expertise in the processes of the title industry makes him a valuable member of Title Land Agency, Inc.

JoAnne Labbate has over 20 years of experience in title production. She has experience in the supervision of 100 + employees including account managers, closing coordinators and administrative staff.
Vincenzo P. Gavrity | VP of Business Development
Vincenzo has been involved in the title insurance business full and part time for the last eight years. He has worked in every aspect of the business from typing, to production, to post closing recording, tax escrows, document preparation. He was fortunate enough to be around the business long enough to learn every aspect of it, and it explains Vincenzo’s personal philosophy — “no matter how old you get you always learn new things every day.”
